late night on computer is good or bad?

many pople send hour in night on computer is this good habit or doing someing esle is good

I don't like to stay hours in late night on computer, it's not a good habit. I don't know why people want to stay at pc during night, maybe because they don't have the time during the day to surf internet and check emails? I stay all day on internet...so I don't need to go when it's late night =)
