ugly encounter

I have a friend who used to be a good friend. We were close friend, we even share our problems in life and often communicate through text.We did not see each other for a few months now even if we lived in the same village. Yesterday, I saw her on one of the stores in our place. I was really glad to see her. While walking near to her she was staring at me. As I got near, I said "hello" to her while tapping her back but she did not responded. She just stares to me as if she doesn't know me at all. then she goes away without a word. I was shocked at the same time embarrassed with her attitude at that moment since a few of our neighbors saw the picture . I don't know if she's angry to me. I couldn't remember anything that I did something wrong to her or if we had a fight or issues between us...Until now, I'm still puzzled...
