Don't expect and you will never get disappointed. I think what I just typed is right. If we expect something high and we get something low its disappointing, but if we did not expect whatever the result is good because its always a surprise. Maybe I'm wrong but I believe myself but I don't expect anything.

Easier said than done in my case. It is definitely true that you don't get disappointed if you don't expect anything. But it is hard not to expect. I always have expectations from every one and when they don't live up to my expectation, I get disappointed. I can't help it. I tell myself that I am not going to expect anything, but I always do, even if I don't say out loud.
