Lockerz redemption date and exact time

I live here in the Philippines, and I joined lockerz.com and ready for redemption but I am really confused about their time given. They said it's July 29 11:59pm EDT? so I would like to know what is the exact date and time if it's in Philippines. Pls help.. by the way I post this discussion tonight July 14, 8:43pm.
