Anyone else have paypal problems or horror stories. Me I made a payment to sharting matrix and hotfile and yesterday just saw an email saying they limited my account and are reviewing a dispute they send aganst me. I dont know what I did, since they accepted it first then it didnt work the next day. I just hope I get paypal working before next payout.
