to all guitar players, do you take guitar lessons? if you do, do you read notes or tab? if you dont take lessons but you play, did you teach yourself?

I've never taken guitar lessons, but I play. I've been playing for over a year and a half now and I've never taken a single lesson (I've just been teaching myself). I mainly read tab, but lately I've been working on my ability to read and play notes. It's been a lot of work learning to play the guitar, but it's definitely worth it!
