I want to publish a quiz book, where whould I submit this?

I have a quiz book ready for publication but the problem is I don't have any idea where would I submit my work? This book contains the most concise and informative trivia quizzes with complete explanation of each answer. I am afraid in ebooks process because I might not be able to sell it effectively and worst, loss my idea without any return of investment. I am not also sure if ebooks is an effective tool in selling my work and reaching my target market. Can you give me an idea about this thing?thanks in advance.
