"sleeping problems"

I simply have this problem where i find that i cant get to sleep i try very much to settle down in bed and end up staying awake all night do you find it hard to go to sleep aswell like me i just have these odd days in the week where i just find it hard to fall asleep if you are like me to i would like to hear from you .....:D

I don't have problem in my sleeping habits. maybe, you should drink a glass of milk before bedtime or do a mild exercise before you sleep. It can help. make your body tired not your mind so as to make you fall asleep.

I am sorry to hear that. I don't have the sleeping problem because I already feel very sleepy at night. I am very tired and my eyes just want to close. So I can fall asleep in a very short time. Try to drink a cup of milk because I have heard that it will be helpful if you have the sleeping problem. Try to relax yourself. Set the suitable temperature for your bedroom. Try to make yourself feel comfortable and you may fall asleep soon. I love China
