Anyone a member of safepay solutions?

As some of you may be aware, I have been de-cluttering my email folder where I stash all my confirmation emails for my paying sites, etc...I have come across safepay solutions amongst it...I can't even remember why I joined up but I'm pretty sure it's a online payment thing like paypal & alertpay...could anyone shed any more light? I have gone through the site as much as I can & there has to be a reason why I joined but for the life of me, I can't remember
