Heavy snoring is bad for the health

One reason why people snore is because the path where the air goes through our nose is blocked. When people snore, they take in too much air in the mouth to suffice the missing air for which should have passed through the nose. By taking in large amount of air, there can be chances of choking, although it is very rare, and the sleeper might suddenly awaken after gasping. Worst case, some people who has high blood pressure could pop a vessel in the head because of shock. And it is also bad for the health of the person sleeping beside a heavy snorer, because he might suffer insomnia.Lol..seriously. My sister is a heavy snorer. Must sleep before her.

well its one of my problems but i think surgery is really not necessary. I sometimes change my sleeping position and it stops the snoring. And of course snoring is alarming.

Oh surgery is not necessary, it's just the position of the sleeper sometimes that makes someone snore. Yes, it is alarming..especially when your sleep is distracted by another with their snores.
