Well maybe you catch a virus that is why they cant view it. I really dont know what is the answer because I am not into facebook. I dont find it so important at all. But that is also a good site to gain a lot of referrals. Go ahead and fix it.

What exactly are they talking about?? The chat feature? If so, then that just means that you are making yourself unavailable in the chat..
If its with your page, you may want to consider changing your password, your account could possibly be hacked...
Just take a look at all your settings - privacy and account..
If that doesnt work, make a new page.
