I have a recipe of Humburger patties for commercial purposes. I want to improve it can so that I can start to make my own Take out Burger Store. can anyone help me to improve it. Here is my recipe. Ingredients: Ground Beef Egg Tvp(Texturized Vegetable protein for extender onion minced Garlic minced Spices to taste Red wine ( to taste) Is there any can I add to make my burger patties affordable and delicious to market? How about the technique of doing it anyone want to share. Thank you in advance.

Try this recipe. Not only is the end product of a much higher quality, appeals to a much broader market & is so much more inexpensive in more ways than one, but it actually tastes much better. It's very much simpler & quicker to prepare. Ingredients: Organic Seasoned Tempeh. You may buy these in bulk to further reduce costs. This way you will not need to outlay in advance for a lot of expensive equipment. The benefits are endless!
