Handy Manny & Racism?

My husband's friends at work think that Handy Manny is racist. What do you all think?They are all Hispanic and they say that Handy Manny is the only Hispanic on the show and he fixes all the rich, white peoples' stuff. The only way to make it worse is to have him sitting in front of the Home Depot. [This is what my husband said that they say at work.]BTW, all their kids LOVE Handy Manny!
