On privacy settings how will I do this?

I want to set the Send Me Friend Requestbutton as in no one can press it even the friends of my friends. But unfortunately I can't set that so there is possibility that other friends of my friends will click on that just as it is. Because I have seen others already that even though I have my mutual friends I can't still add them since they don't have friend's request button. How did they do that? I can't find that kind of option. I really want to set that because I don't really know others and some of them are the people that I don't really like so I am sick and tired of just ignoring their friend's request. What I really want here is that I am the one who will add them or they have to message me so that I could add them.
