Do you have any good ways to learn Japanese?

Dear mylot friends, do you have interest in learning Japanese? I learned japanese since from my fourth year of university. I love japanese cartoons, that why i learned this language. Now, I'm working in a Japanese company, most of my colleagues can speak and write Japanese. At present, it's difficult for me to report to my boss fluently in Japanese. In order to improve it, everyday i read japanese books and watching japanese movies, but have little progress. I feel frustrated. Are there friends in Mylot learning Japanese? Do you have any good ways to learn japanese? Please give me some advice.
