how to cash out at neobux.

I have $0.230, for the moment i'm able to cash out at $2. But i can not figure out how to. help please. Thanks

Cashing out at Neobux is easy. You just go to withdraw, and withdraw 2 dollars. It might be disabled for you because you haven't reached the payout. Don't worry though, when the time comes, you'll know what to do!

Since $0.230 isnt $2, what is $0.230 considered? I do not understand.
