more experience, less salaried

It happens in some of the company, I think it happens in the past company that I worked in. I guess the salary rate depends on the position but either way its very unfair.

I would probably be quite upset at that fact especially @ a 50% difference! I had something similar in retail where they'd hire people at the rate I was already making and I had been there for a couple years. But yet those people came and went and I stayed like a fool. But being the only income provider in the household at the time I was afraid to try other places because if they didn't work out I had no back up plan or savings.

Everything simply just not fair to everyone here. Someone who has less experience, and he/she doesn't know anything at all got paid more. while someone can do his/her job effectively and efficiently got paid the less. I saw it and I experienced it myself too. That is the reality world we are living in.
