Is Mayweather really afraid to fight Pacquiao?

Mayweather vs Pacquiao is been a long time awaited boxing fight. This fight pursued years ago, but it was not occured due to different reasons and conflicts between two parties. Now that Mayweather and Pacquiao defeated all best fighters on their division, The IBF, Golden Boy and Top Rank Promotions are the one pursuing this fight. Despite of this, Mayweather does'nt sign the contract until the deadline is over. What does it mean Mayweather? We, all the boxing fans awaiting for this big fight!!! Is there any reason behind?

Everyone is waiting for this fight. But I find it so intriguing why Mayweather has a lot of demands unlike the other opponents of Pacquiao. I am also thinking that he is really afraid to be defeated by Pacquiao that is why he is making some reasons for him to be out. Well such a loser act, hopefully he will find his courage by this time.
