The other day on Rachael Ray I saw how that research supports that if you blot visible grease of your pizza slice, it lessens the damage the pizza's components can do to your body! Since then I have eaten two pieces from Pizza Hutt and they were scrumptious!! Did I blot the grease, no I did not. I thoroughly enjoyed both. Has anyone tried this. Does anyone care? If so, was the pizza still tasty?

I certainly will let you know when I increase my metabolism as I am saving money to purchase exercise equipment (Total Gym).

I'll take your metabolism any day. I hear if you weight lift + cardio, you can eat pretty much anything you want to. I'm not there yet.

Pizza Hutt #1, Papa John's #2, and Domino's #3. There are some local shops I fancy too! If only I can just remember to release the grease next time I eat any of it!

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes before which exposes me to type II diabetes. I must be careful!

Pizza still Yumme. Some people are exagerating eating it. I think there should be limits eating it.
