How do I earn in Helium.com?

Recently, a member mentioned earning $200 per month from Helium.com, which is quite impressive. I'm not quite ambitious, and all I hope for is at least $10 per month. I've written three articles. However, I'm only earning $0.01 from each article. How come? Can somebody explain exactly how much do I earn for each article, or rather how do I earn in Helium?

I was a member of that site and I ahted it. I mean for all the hard work you do you get paid so little, unless your artical is the best. So, if your articals are not so great then that is the problem. If they are good articals then IDK.

I don't know. I doubt so many people use Helium even if it pays so little. I think I'm just unfamiliar with how it works.

Your article can be the best in the whole world and beyond but if you don't get interested readers you're nowhere. Please refer to the third response. Your solution. :)

Yes, Diamania is right. I am the proof! I have so many 1st rank articles, but it doesn't earn even a cent! sometimes I do think useless to post my creative work over there. Why I am still there, then? I just like the ranking part. So that I know the quality of my writings. And just feel so happy that people like it. Up till now, I just wish I can find a site which pay for all my creative works. ^^ But I think I haven't found it yet.

You don't have to write for just one section, you can write for all kinds of things on Helium. I write reviews for TV Shows, movies and games and also I try to find other interesting subjects to write about as well, so there's plenty to write for on Helium. Don't feel that you have to limit yourself to just one section of the website.

I just think that it's not worth it to spend so much time in Helium writing articles, and getting at most ten dollars per month. Good luck to you though, different people have different fates, I guess.

I used to write on Helium but I never made any money there. Try to write for Associated Content. It is a better site for earning money and I easily make $10 per month there. I usually make more than that and they pay for each article plus you earn for page views once per month there. It is a nice site and I enjoy writing there.

I considered joining AC, but it's not available in my region... Happy earnings.
