Don't you hate when the sheets get detached from your bed when sleeping?

I know I do. It is very frustrating. It tends to happen when its humid fairly often. I tuck them in pretty good too. And its always on the side that is close to the wall. So I have to get out of the bed, in the dead of night, and pull up the mattress, before tucking them underneath. How about you? Looking forward to reading your responses.

Yes, and its so irritating! My husband and I both have this problem. The worst is when they become detached and somehow have moved to where I can't tuck them back in because my husband is literally on them to where I can't. Sometimes I don't care and just go back to sleep but sometimes I make him move. I know its mean, but if I can't sleep, I gotta do something.

I can see that would be a huge problem. That sounds like that would be a pain to deal with. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I know I hate it when the sheet corners get away from me. It never seems to fail. It is always the corner that is hardest to get to that repeats this dilemma again and again. Sometimes i wish the bed could just make itself. I'll bet the sheets would stay on the bed then!

I hear you about that one. If only the bed could make itself. That would solve so many problems. Sadly, that is not going to happen but we can dream. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Yes, it is annoying as it stops you being comfortable. I don't know why it is that the sheets always move, but I guess we must move a lot when we sleep, turning over and shuffling around.

Yes it does loosen up a lot with our movement. Also, sheets do wear out, the elastic as well, which is another factor that I thought about. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I don't hate it when the sheet get detached. But I hate it when I get myself entangled with it. Beside making me hot, I don't like to wake and having to use my brain to think on getting myself free.

Using my brain when I want to be sleeping can be frustrating. That is very true. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Hmm... It doesn't frustrate me but it's really shameful...:) Haha... I move a lot when I sleep, there isn't a morning where I can find my sheets detached from the bed...:) Oh well, as long as I get a good sleep it doesn't really matter to me... But, I think I remember someone said it's a bad habit... I really don't know...

Yes if you shift around a lot, then they do get loose. Of course, during those restless nights when you toss and turn, its very easy to happen. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

I used to have that problem when I slept on a conventional mattress. I bought those elasticized clips for the corners and those helped a lot. Now I sleep on a semi waveless waterbed. My husband is much larger than me and his sheets on the side comes out every night. I can't think of a solution for this so I just tuck them back in every morning when I make the bed. Let me mention that I use king size flat sheets for my queen size bed. Waterbed sheets are a pain in the neck and grossly overpriced.

Yes that drives me nuts. Its usually because the mattress pad I have on my bed doesnt stay on well so it slips up and then pulls the fitted sheet up with it. It seems to do it in the middle of the night which drives me nuts because I'm tired and I have to get out of bed to fix it.

Hi. megamatt. Yes, I dislike attaching the bed sheets back together again. Especially, when it is time for me to get into the bed when I am very tired. I don't feel like attaching the bed sheets back in place again. This happens to me a lot when I have sheets that don't fit the size of my bed.

Yes, this happens to me a lot too, and I absolutely hate it! I always thought it was because I move a lot while sleeping, but I guess humidity could be a factor too!

It is a little bit of both. Humidity does loosen them but as does moving around. I think both of them together will speed up the process. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Best Sheets Ever
I have drawstring sheets and the loose sheet part of my life has come to and end never to return. Popping off drove me nuts when I would roll over at 2:00 AM and feel the sheet pop off and knowing I would have to eventually get up and pull it back on the corner. drawstring sheets are forever on and, not only that, they are nice and tight and smooth and very nice and that's it, no more loose or bunched up sheets. http://www.drawstringsheet.com/
