I can’t start my day without a cup of tea or coffee. Usually tea, because it’s kinder to my tummy! I’m one of those people who needs a bit of a jolt to get going during the day. I try not to drink it too much, because it’s not good in great quantities, but there are caffeine free alternatives for the evening like redbush/rooibos tea, which I really really like. Green tea is yummy too! And white tea! I'm a teaoholic!

I think it's all really good for you, apart from the caffeine, which isn’t good in large amounts, but herbal teas are caffeine free and yummy too. I think everything in moderation is the way to go. Tea is definitely better for you than coffee.

You don't have to stop. Try other kinds of teas like green, white or redbush. Or even just caffeine ree tea. It's good stuff in moderation.

I am not addicted to drink tea and coffee. I occasionally drink them. I like soda water much more but I seldom drink it today because it is not a very healthy drink. I want to make a good example for my child. So most of the time I just drink water and soup. I love China

I would say, I am very much addicted to coffee. I would drink four or five cups of coffee a day, starting from breakfast time. There is a coffee-maker in my office too. So, I can have coffee any time at all. I do like tea too, very refreshing. I drink tea mostly in the afternoons.

I love coffee, and used to take about 5-6 cups a day, until my hubby nagged and nagged at me to either reduce/stop. So right now I only take 3 cups per day; however if he's out-of-town, I'll drink as much as I want!

Hello, I like coffee much more than tea. I also like cold coffee during the summer. I just could never get used to hot tea even with sugar and honey... never worked for me. I do like ice teas with lemon or rasberry I wished hot tea tasted like cold tea. It wish and maybe someone out there will make ice teas taste like hot teas etc... Thanks Unique16

In my country, we dont really drink tea, just coffee. People in my country usually drink tea when they're trying to loose weight, the slimming tea that is. That is why I am more addicted to coffee than tea, because that is what I am used to drinking. I have drank tea too (the slimming tea) and I loved it. Even now, that I am not trying to loose weight, I still want to drink it. I guess its because both tea and coffee have some addictive ingredients.

I don't know that I would necessarily say that I'm addicted to it...or that I was rather, but I used to constantly drink green tea. Especially when I gave up soda for a year and a half. It's one of my favorite drinks. I do drink coffee every now and then, but for me that is more of a luxury as opposed to a beverage that you just drink. I wouldn't say I was every addicted to either of them though.
