hurting employers

do you ever hurt your employers? ... there is some case like employee ge hurted by his/her employers like wise there are some incidents also happen that the employer is get hurted by employees... is ther any such incident happens in your career. or did you came across any such events.

well there was one incident were a higher ranking one thrown a stapler to one of his subordinate.
well there is a big internal investigation and the said officer was fired because of it. But before this incident, there were some incidents of the that higher ranking one shouting to subordinates and such.

I have been both employee and employer, and hurting one another happens all the time for trivial or serious reasons. But in my view point, being an employer, you have more control on hurting your employees and by allowing them to hurt you.. I am very sensitive at this to reach a certain compromise for the mutual benefit of both parties and promote a good working atmosphere and relationships..
