How/Where can i put all my banners/link to promote it on traffic sites?

I'm new into this so I hope you could help me out. I want to promote all my links, PTCs, into traffic sites. But I understand I have to make my own site first to put my banners/links. How and where can I do that? Is it free? I have already put my banners here on mylot profile.

The easiest way to promote your banner profile is making your own blog or free site, you can put all your banners/link of all your earning program sites. After making your blog try to register to easyhits4U to drive traffic to your website. You can also try any other free traffic sites to promote your website. OK. Now I'm in the BIG PROBLEM!! lol. It's bigger than I anticipated! It's not working. NO traffic at all!

Have you heard about PROXY?
That's the the point. Use proxy to change your IP address, then visit your blog.
Now, see? Your have brought traffic to your site. What you need to do is changing your IP repeatedly and refresh your blog page.
