Hi Vijai, If you want to wake up earlier means first you have to sleep earlier. If you sleep at late night, you will feel tired to wake up.If possible try to sleep early and wake up early. And also try to use alarm clock. If you still can not wake earlier then i do not know please consult your family doctor.

Certainly you can set an alarm clock. If it does't work, you can set several clocks wake your up.after you get up from the bed,you can wash your face with cold water to refresh yourself. If you insist on that for about a whole week,it will be your constant habit to wake up early in the morning.

I used to use alarm clock to wake me up. But now, I wake up by myself every workday. So, I will automatically wake up everyday by almost the same time. I tell myself,"wake up at 6" for a few times. I repeat that in my heart, so that it can go to my under conscience thought, and... I wake up at 6 something in the next morning. ^^ Hope it will work for you..

I experienced that before, then I've notice that watching movie really get me tired, it doesn't matter if I stay up until midnight the problem is watch T.V. really use up my energy so when I have to go to work the next day I don't watch T.V. Second, the ride going home is very tiring too, plus the stress won't let me sleep, so before I go to bed I loosen up, I'll just rest sitting or lying on my bed clearing my thoughts then when I m relax I get a book read some good novel, then pray ask God to make me a good sleep and tekk his angels to wake me up. For me it work, but I don't know what makes you tired most that's why you can't wake up on time...I love to sleep also...but if you are really committed person you will wake up early because you have commitment...just think about your commitment to others... It make me realized sleeping from work will not give you a good sleep but it will worsen your stress the next day you wake up. Loosen up a bit, just clear your head from the stress and relax your body a bit and don't forget to report your day to God before you sleep it will really help if you lay all your burdens to him before you sleep. God bless.

You should devise your own sleeping pattern so that your body clock will have to follow that pattern. Say if you want to sleep 7 or 8 hours each day and you need to wake up at 6 in the morning, then sleep at 10 at night to wake up at 6am the next morning. At first use an alarm clock, then slowly remove the sound from high to low each day, gradually. If you can do that, then your body clock will work for you 100%. Won't be late anymore.

I have to be up at 6am for work and I use an alarm clock. You could also ask someone to wake you up, but unless they had to be up that early then I doubt they would appreciate it. However, I don't understand why you would want to be up that early if you didn't have to be. I understand some people don't like missing out on the morning or wasting half their day in bed, but getting up at 8 would still be acceptable (less unusual than getting up at 6am unless you had to).

Maybe you should try to discipline yourself in waking up at a certain time. When your into it, it will eventually become your habit. You must also go in bed early for you to have enough rest and sleep and be able to wake up early the next day with the energy you need to accomplish all the tasks that lies behind you.

The easiest way is using an alarm clock!! It will help you very much!! After waking up several days early in the morning you will get accustomed it, then you can automatically get up early!! I used to wake up at 7 a.m. but now a days I use to go to Yoga which wake me up before 6 a.m. Nice!! Isn't it!! You must go to sleep early not later than 10.30 p.m. as you need to wake up at 6 A.M. I usually go to sleep at 10.45-11 p.m. Eat light foods else they wouldn't let you wake up early in the morning. Try several days. It may be a bit difficult in the beginning but later you will find it is simple!! Good Luck!!

Hello.. my advice to you is to sleep early.. make sure you have enough sleep like 6 to 8 hours. make sure you don't exceed more than 8 hours because this will just make you more sleepy.. if you want to wake up at 6 make sure to sleep by 10 pm.. and use alarm clocks.. put your alarm clock beyond your reach that you need to stand just to turn it off.. but make sure also that it is loud so you will still be able to hear it even if it is far from you.. I hope this help.. =)

I only experience late wake up in the morning during the time I did not get a good quality sleep. Before, my quality sleep is based on the number of hours. It is usually a 8 hour sleep starting from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. If I want to wake up around 5 or 6 in the morning, I just count 8 hours backwards. Now due to the fact that I am not getting younger and my sleep is getting lesser, my conversion of quality sleep becomes sleeping before 12 m.n. then I can wake up at 3 a.m. if needed. My suggestion would be to try dictating your sleep zone time and the practice it everyday. Then as days and months go, you will notice your waking up early.

Hi, vijaisrirangan. To wake up during six a.m. in the mornings, you will have to go to bed late around, 9 or 10 at night. You will then have gotten your eight hours of sleep by then. When I go ton bed this early, I will wake up around this time. Which is at six in the mornings.

As a kid I used to sleep a lot. I was given a privilege to do that because my elders believe that it is vital for growth.Unfortunately, my body grown so used to it that I had difficulties getting up early. It took me years before I got to overcome it. In order to combat sleepiness, I'd sleep as early as 8 pm and would set the alarm clock an hour earlier before my waking hour should be.And when I hear the clock ringing I don't ignore it but try so hard to get up. (God knows how hard it was!) I was doing this regularly even on weekends. And, viola! Even if I don't have alarm clock my body would wake up (always) at the same hour I should be getting up of bed. My body has adapted to its schedule. It takes discipline to overcome this kind of habit. Goodluck to you.;-)

My advice is, that you practice sleeping early at night and having a alarm clock to wake up early in the morning. And it is good for your health because you will have long sleep so that organs in the body can rest long.
