Do you eat breakfast in the morning?

I have to or I cannot function. Usually it is a banana, OJ and a bowl of ceral. Sometimes if I am on the run it is a Slimfast, toast or granola bar. I just have to have something in my belly.

I love breakfast. I'll get cranky if I don't eat breakfast or skip any meal. Don't you?

Yes, I do get cranky if I skip meals. More cranky if it is breakfast that I skip

I have to admit that I don't usually eat breakfast in the morning. There are times, when I will eat breakfast. However, for the most part, I don't eat breakfast. I'm usually not really hungry early in the morning, which is why I don't eat breakfast. I know that I should eat breakfast.

We usually eat something before we leave the house unless we're leaving the house to eat. If we're going to be out for awhile I have to have eaten something within the hour prior to us going out or I won't feel good, but then again that'd go for anyone really.

Well to start out I work third shift so my breakfast time is what you would call supper time,and I always have to eat breakfast when I wake up especially on nights I have to work since that is the last thing I get to eat until lunch which is two a.m. and usually for breakfast I will have left overs,or whatever my mother might have brought us for supper,or I might eat pizza bites or something else quick if I am in a hurry or do not know what I want.

hi kb,as we know,if you would like to have enough energy to work,breakfast perform important role,especially high protein content in food,however i have no chance to eat such breakfast ,cause i live in factory where nobody sold breakfast .

I always have a heavy meal like rice in breakfast after I wake up. If I do not eat in breakfast I will have headache, stomachache and I will feel dizzy or faint and sometimes I feel I that I will vomit, and that for sure. And if I eat light food like bread, I am easily get hungry and I can not function well and lose my focus in doing something if I am hungry.

Yes I eat breakfast each and everyday. Usually its dry cereal with fruits like raisins, bananas, or cranberries with a cup of tea. On the weekends it may be bacon, eggs and toast or pancakes. If I don't eat breakfast then I can't function well at all and I won't accomplish as much as if I had eaten breakfast.

No, I don't always have the time, but I am trying to get better at it, since I know breakfast is very important.

yes,I always try my best to avoiding slipping breakfast. And if I do not eat breakfast in the morning,it's hard for me to move. At best,you should make your breakfast time stable. It's good for your health.
