mylot uploading pictures for money??

iv'e heard that if i upload pictures to this website i will make money i have a few questions and would appreciate it if one of you mylot veterans could help me...
1.is this even true?
2.how much do you earn per picture...(estimate)?
3.do they have to be original pictures or any picture?
