Its very simple just you start posting your own discussions and give response to others discussions no matter if they didn't reply to your response then also you will get money according to your response. All the best

Just as another question, how much do you get paid per discussion, response, etc. I have looked for information on this, but i can't find anything at all, and am i right in understanding that you only get payment via paypal? Anyone know much about the transaction fees that they charge you?

This site is 100% legit and It pays for years now. Many people had received payments from myLot. You can see proofs on photo selection or search them in myLot search engine.
Here you get paid for anything what you do not what do others. If you create only discussion It is nothing, but If someone would respond to It he will receive money for It. Your job is post comment to that people answer. You earn more for discussing with people like we do It here now. You get higher money amount If you responds, comments is quality and lenght. You do not get anything If you post one line comments post about 4-6 lines comments, responds.
Also you get money for completing tasks, for searching, uploading photos. Behind your name you see a number and there is some things you can get If you will receive each number. Number 100 you receive a star who also increasing your earnings or help to calculate them you can see that I have star 9 the best is 10. Number 200 you will receive smilies to you them you need go to myLot code you can see It when you write something. Number 500 you can use option copy/paste.
