I love the smoothies and protiens but I kind of don't like the idea of powder's and to me that defeats the purpose of being natural and being healthy does any one really know what's in these powder's. So I got to experimenting one day and came up with a really good solutions and it's no more time consuming than the other way. You can experiment and come up with your own but the basic idea is a container of plain or vanillia low fat yogurt,1 cup of skim milk, your choice of fruit and ice pour everything into the blender turn the blender on for a few seconds and your done. For a little extra treat if you want to add a little chocalte into one you can simply by using a little chocalte syrup. I made one,one day with bannana's and chocalte talk about good.
