There are so many get rich quick scams out there that it seems like no one is actually making any money. I am now one of the few making money online but it took me years and years to finally figure it out. I want to know if there's anyone else out there that is making a nice extra income. Or if its going to be just more disappointments.

Yeah it sure does take time and a lot of trial and error. It took me years before I started making some real money. All the courses I bought over the years never helped. It took me just logically thinking to myself, OK, how are other people really making money online. And it eventually sunk in and I started making some real money.

That is great. It is always good to meet another individual who has put the pieces together

I also make a good amount of money from some legit sites, by doing freelance jobs in writing, affiliate , and revenue shares etc. But , the thing is that you have to do a lot of research and time and effort will be needed. I have done researches in 1 yr time.

Yeah most business' online take a lot of time to get them to a point where it can be the main source of income. Many people fail simply because they give up. Its taken me about 6 to 7 years before I found what worked for me.

I thought about it for years, but always thought of reasons why it wasn't worthwhile me starting. Stuff like "well, I'd want an autoresponder ... and not a free one ... and a proper one's expensive". Or, "well, I'd want a database-driven website ... that does all these funky things... and more". I wanted to start off having the perfect solution. I missed out, big time. When I finally started (about 3.5 years ago), I found within six months I was making a full-time income. A full-time income large enough to pay my huge mortgage, all my household bills and pay for my lifestyle. I just wish I'd started 14 years ago, when I first started looking ..... if right then I'd just used a few simple one-page websites, I'd have quickly been able to buy all the things I wanted. I missed out on the huge growth in the early years, by thinking I needed everything to be perfect. Now, I just do what I can, with the resources I have ... and it brings in a full-time income without any effort at all. I mainly stick to: blogging, a website, affiliate marketing, surveys, article writing. I aso do some SEO work now for small local companies starting out. My advice to anybody is: don't think why now's the wrong time, don't think there's too much to learn ... just start. Just do something and do it now! Good luck!

Yeah, sure. I am sure there are tons of people who are, actually. I am one of them, and sure, I do not make insane amounts but enough to make it worth my while. (You can see the ways I earn in the article posted in my profile, at the top right of the profile if you are interested). So you do not need to be dissapointed, you just need to be patient, hardworking and also smart about it.

I am making money online, but not really an "extra income" as you described it. More just enough for little things, such as the odd game from amazon or something like that. I would say, in a fairly good month, i make around £5-10. It used to be more, but then one of the really good sites i was on kicked me for no reason (i think it was because i had loads of money in my account, and they didn't want to pay up). But from my experience, you won't make millions online, but you get enough for the odd treat

I have been making money online for a few years now.. I have had some sites come and go and I made money from them while they lasted, but I have a few favorites that are pretty steady. Zazzle is definitely my fave and the one I earn the most from. Pinecone research is my second best income. And BigCrumbs is my 3rd fave but with the potential to earn more than the other two. With a good amount of referrals who love to shop and save -you can make THOUSANDS from this site. Actually some people have made thousands having just ONE good referral who was AWESOME at getting referrals.. because you get paid for your referral's referrals as well. I am always on the lookout for some good sites to make income from that are Free and don't require an exorbitant amount of time on my part. So far these are my lucky sites. I have a few others I earn from but they are pretty sporadic.

Hello CBurton. I make money on survey sites. They're a bit boring but I get rewards such as shopping vouchers and meal vouchers and some pay cash each month. I hope to make money on here too :)
