Eat rainbow food

I was read today that health expert agree it's just as important to eat red, oranges, yellows, blues and purples veg and fruit , not like said to as when we was child greens are healthy. Scientists now know that many of the naturally occurring chemicals responsible for giving fruit and veg their bright colours actually help keep us healthy and free from disease. So do you eat colourfull veg and fruit? If be honest I don't eat many purples and blue veg and fruit. I even can thinks any blue, do you can?
