how can i get rid of my fat belly??

well, i've been fat since grade school and what annoys me is that of my big tummy, can you my lotters provide me some tips on how i can rid of this fat?? =-)

try to do the sit-up exercise 10-15 minutes daily and see the result 1 week after. trim down on carbohydrates too. Hope these help. Good luck.

I would suggest to exercise daily maybe sit-up and eat healthy food with low calorie and low carbs.

Someone told me that drinking carbonated drinks make your belly bigger. So I only drink sodas on very few occassions. I think it works. Crunches is a good exercise to help make the bell smaller. There are different positions to target your abs, lower abs or obliques. I don't know how many repetitions you should do per day, but the important thing is that you should feel that your muscles are being worked. Unless it's painful, it wouldn't work. I don't know if this one works but someone told me to remain standing for about 20 minutes after a meal so that your lower abs will not get big. =)

On the contrary to the popular belief that you should do thousands of crunches before having a flat belly, you should exercise the WHOLE body. Target exercise wont make it smaller. You need to lose body fat, not just belly fat. So, it is still exercise, fullbody, and a healthy diet.

Hi acey76, You have already received the best answers - eat healthier, exercise your abbs and stop drinking carbonated drinks. But I want to add one more advice, comming from my experience. I saw your Scratch picture on your profile, and I think he can help you. You know, when my previous dog got old, we started to go for walks only at slow pace. In a year or something I gained a lot in weight. My tummy also became big. Now I have another dog, she is young and she is a handfull. I exercise her a lot, we go for long walks, we run together, we go hiking... All theese have made the difference. I have lost more than 5 kilos in less then 2 months. So I advice you to take Scratch, and start exercising with him. You will loose some weight, and he will be happy to spend some more time with you. Good luck!

A lot of sports, and try to eliminate the fat foods, try to eat more meat with low fats, like fish meat or chicken chest, a lot of fruits and vegetables. I have this problem too, but with patience, i will get rid of the tummy, and so will you !

Eat less food with fats. Exercise daily. And research the internet on how to get rid of fat belly. Haha =) Happy myLotting!
