Tips on earning more referrals online?

Okay so I am needing some help/tips on how to get more referrals as I got none.. the case is, I have no blogs, no websites and such.. so I am kinda desperate on where to look for referrals for extra income :(
I tried referring my real friends but they arent seem interested on online money making.
any tips you could give?

you already seem to know that you you need a website but not sure why you dont have one. Having some where where you have your sites on there is a good way to get good random referrals. I cant tell you by having a site how many times I have gotten a referral out of no where from. After you make a site all you have to do is let people know about it.

Thanks for the tip though.. the only problem now is that how will I make my site appealing to others.
