I just watched a korean drama series entitled PASTA. The movie was about the head chef who made a rule that romance will never be allowed in his kitchen...he even fired someone because of it...but then he fell in love with the aspiring assistant pasta chef, and so the trouble begins...do you think falling in love with a workmate will be a hindrance in doing the job well?

Well, it depends on how the two involved can be professional even if they are in love with each other. It's not easy to keep private life separated from work. But it's too radical to say that love must be forbidden at work. I'd love to see the drama, though. I'll search for it.

no i dont think^^ many people work together are are lovers and their work is done well^^ just you have to focus on the job and give attention to your lover outside the work place^^ i think is ok if a couple works together my mum and my stepfather work together and they do their job well. it all depends of how the person acts inside the place they work^^ if they are focused or not^^

yeah, i thought so too...besides, they can both inspire each other to do their best...but the problem i think will come when they quarrel...i wonder how difficult it is to handle, coordinating the heart and the mind, when there is something bothering them...

I feel yes. You lose your liberty as when you are in love you will have to keep yourself controlled. When i worked for a call centre my friends asked me to invite my wife for the family day, but i didnt as all the people like me for the fun and the wayi light up the environment. But my wife is very possesive about me and would not allow me to work there after that.

oh, ok. I guess your workmates must be sad when you left that job since they like you a lot...well, i hope all are well with you and your wife about your new job, or the next job you'll be having. =)
