I have 2 children. My daughter age is four. My son age is two. I read one or two books to children. Is this all right?

As long as the books that you are reading to them is just appropriate for their level of developmental. Its good that you are doing it a continous practice would somehow make them feel that you are giving them your time which is really good factors for their developmental stage. Keep up the good work and you will be rewarded.

I am now a grandmother and i read to them most every time i am at their house. To me my grandchildren are the greatest things in my life. I have three (girl 5yrs,boy 2 1/2yrs and baby girl born in Feb.). They are full of surprises. They learn so much from books and it is quiet time for me.

You are so good. I live in my house with my mother. But my mother don't read to them. Because my mother can't read a book. She don't know letter. I am so sad.
