Law to punish irresponsible husband

It has been a very famous line that men are the breadwinner in the family, isn't it?
Wow! A much expectation for men. Would that be biased?
However there are many husbands or dads these days who no longer give much value on this matter.
HAve you ever thought of a possible law to punish irresponsible husband and/or dad?

Yeah! as a man I personally agreed with your idea which may also be as a suggestion. The irresponsible husband should be sentenced "life in prison" and now how's about a punishment to the irresponsible wife?

haha...Why only men are to be penalised. Why not women if they dont support their husbands.

HI hushi22,Your count is wrong - everyone feels responsible but due to leading a stressful life these complications arise and lack of financial support too. I say that the problem lies on men and also woman.
You talk about law - fine I find that many great and wonderrful happennings are done where many have lost their life's too where-in law has not worked at all instead money worked....so where is the question of law..
I dont believe that law - even the smallest discipline people does not have riding or driving a car or a motorcycle on a road -where many laws are designed but the fact is nothing is being followed.
What do you say....
