Crazy items that continue to grab our attention.

Ever noticed how every so many years a object sweeps the nation that will just cause such a huge stir over? I know I have and it has caused me to look back. Your probably saying what is he talking about and I will love to help you out. I am talking about these silly bands aka zany bands aka crazy bands aka a rubber band that makes a cool design. They are every where from grocery stores to quick marts to gas stations to craft stores to the center of the mall. They even caused school locations to ban them from the premise of the school. These little things have taken over the world and that is when I started to think back over the past 15 to 20 years about items that have caused a national stir. The big three that came to mind was the slap bracelet. Yes that little bracelet that when you slapped your wrist bent to curve around the wrist. The invention of the pog and again another silly invention of card board cut in a circle a little bigger than a half dollar piece designed on both sides that used a special aluminum/over sized hard piece of plastic circle called a slammer to flip. If you flipped them you won the other persons pog. You also collected them in books to show off. The last one is Pokemon cards. The little yellow guy from the nintendo series who game cards were one of the biggest inventions ever and made a lot of hobby shops very rich off. So what will be the next crazy idea?
