Do you do morning exercise everyday?

I haven't got the habit to do morning exercise everyday. But I think morning exercise is very important. it can keeps illness away! how do you think?

Exercise is a good thing.. I used to jog every morning or just a walk and it feels great and to think i have asthma it really helps me a lot to trigger it but just in moderation dont push urself too much!

over the last 2/3 months I've been getting into the habit of getting up early (6am) to exercise for around half an hour, it's getting easier to do! I try and do it 4 times a week

most of peoples will reply like you. the reason is no time. But I thinnk it is not the real reason. If you have a will, you will have time to do morning exercise.

For fun is the most. as you may know, earnings is too little each day. we can't live with just such little earnings. So it is funning that makes me come here everyday when I'm free.
