Tips to promote your blog

I have a blog and I've done somethings to promote it like posting the url on social networks and write daily in it (it's a new blog it has 4 or 5 days). I know it's too soon for it to get a lot of followers or comments but I'm starting to think the problem is that it is not interesting at all... Can you give me some tips on how to promote it and give your opinion about the blog? Here's the blog url: http://stupid-is-cool.blogspot.com/

I understand the need to promote your Blog, If you are using your Blog to make money you need to get the traffic to your page.
