Welcome friend Never squeeze black heads using nails, steam your face and wipe with clean cotton, avoid spicy oily food, if they persist consult a beautician.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Professor

Bacteria is harbored under nails, which just makes the blackhead problem worse. Plus, it increases your chances of scarring. If you must scrape them out, there are tools for that, or just use clean flat tweezers - don't pinch, scrape from underneath. Preferably, keep your face clean and hydrated, use a gentle scrub three or four times a week, treat yourself to a professional facial when you can, and try to keep the majority of your diet pure. Also keep your hair and hands clean and well maintained. If you're in the habit of touching your face (as I am) stop asap. You should start seeing results in a few days. I'd say definitely get thee to a dermatologist or esthetician for the initial deep clean, then just maintain it daily, along with the occasional visit to get another deep clean. I feel for you, bc I have the same problem, lol. Good luck! Blessed Be

Thanks for the advise, I'll definitely try it. Somebody also suggested that to me and with you it's two people suggesting the same thing so I guess I should try it.

I've never had any blackheads before.. I have had something I guess considered as the equivalent which would be whiteheads.. if blackheads are anything like those, I feel your pain from time to time... my face is naturally oily, too!

Blackheads occur when sebum, congesting toxins and skin oil expel through the skin from blood or lymph fluids that supply nutrients to your skin. The other causes areā€¦ Genetics Hormones Oily skin Poor cleansing routine Squeezing or picking of the skin Excessive makeup and use of excessive oil based cosmetics Dirt is also a major cause of blackheads. The dirt collected on the face and other parts of the body gives rise to bacteria development and results in blackheads. Dirt collected on oily skin makes the condition worst. Some medications Environmental pollution and humidity Stress what you can try is to wash your hair in this: 1tsp lemon juice 1tsp witch hazel 1tbsp shampoo base 3 drops of lavender essential oil
