Casting my sympathy for Mel Gibson!

The entertainment news is ugly again. This time, Gibson's recorded rage pervades the air. And we hear a hoarse, angry voice that want to explode and kill. Gibson's rise and fall had been a media dish. And yet, for all the good films we had enjoyed in the past, Gibson had been an actor we would like to keep in our pockets. But this time, his remorse is beyond himself. I am all for women's rights but what drove this good actor to the pits? Provoking verbal battles and deliberately taping them for evidence is a little too appalling for me. That is why I am hoping Gibson gets hold of his senses and come back.

Hiya eileen, Me too I hope Mel. Gibson does not allow all that to go much further. I hope he recovers his good sense which he has had and focus on his Acting. I have always enjoyed his Films and especially Braveheart. I donĀ“t know the Story behind that Lady and Mel. Gibson but it sounds much like a few others that happen over here too. What a shame they have to end up like that.

I totally agree with you! I think he has his reasons to treat that woman like that.

I wonder why Mel Gibson acted strange now adays, during the time he was married to his first wife of more than 20 years, he was very quiet and a very family oriented man, loving and hardly no intrigues, it seems that when he separated from his wife, he was out of control and his behavior became erratic, is it sign of guilt or remorse or something?hope he will back to his old self.

Perhaps he had every reason and right to get angry, but his choice of where to vent it was misguided IMHO. Eric

Its painful and My sympathies with him. I think the Best thing Mel Gibson can do is to unite with his wife of many years. You cannot easily break up with some one with you whom you have spend much of your life with and remain the same. He is going through emotional rollcoster and the best thing will be for him and the former wife of several years to reunite and they will be able to over come the challenges he is facing

Something needs to bring him to his sense so he'll quit acting like a crazy jerk.

Hi eileenleyva, first and foremost, verbal battles are not always provoked. There are many times they come up only after lot has been adjusted to or overlooked. So that goes in favor of the lady. And as far as Mel Gibson is concerned, much as I like the actor, I do not really appreciate his personal life being an open book for everybody to read and comment, without knowing him or understanding him in person. I think we ought to draw lines about how much we are interested in other person. If we dont really feed, cloth, and shelter another person, why should we have the right to comment on their personal lives?
