first of all stop thinking of wat people are going to think of you and if you do something stupid and everyone laghs there not laghing at u there laghing with you so go along with it and forget the audience is there that tends to help

Before I am also very shy and lack of confidence but now I am not because I practice this at home so you also try once. Make a long speech, lock yourself in your bedroom stand in front of mirror and speak. Talk, dance and sing in front of your mirror. It will naturally gain confidence.

It is a human nature. Every body do that at the first time, but there is solution. You should think that you are the one who play well among all. Either you can think that participation is most thing, whether game lose or win. You can get ready your self I can do it well. Definitely your confident will raise.

To built the confidence,we have to forget whats around us and think that we are only one.We have to pinch ourself and stand straight. Our eye should be straight to audience and never bend down your head.

Before when I was in school time I am lack of confident, nervous and so on, I use to stay silence in most of time. My friend used to have a fun with me, slowly I joke with them and then I got little bit confident. Now I realize that to gain confident is to practice our self looking at the mirror and read something and to do act on the mirror. I think it is a best way.

Long time back when I was in school time I am lack of confidence, nervese nad also I am lack of confidence to face the crowd. To built your confidence firstly you dont be worried about how you look to them.In my point view the best way to built confidence is just to sure with your self first.

I think confidence comes with practice. You have to have a base point to start from and a positive self image. You have to think of yourself as capable, and worthy of great things. You have not only want what you want, but you have to believe that you are worthy of having it. Look people in the eye, hold your head up and be proud. You are a beautiful loving human, smile, and show people your value. The secret really does come in believing in yourself and your capabilities. I have confidence in you....Now it's up to you to build on that confidence...good luck!!

Just by doing this play you are going tom be building your confidance, you will be putting yourself out there and taking chances you've never done before. This will surely make you feel more confident and self-assured. Until thne you still ahev to deal with gwetting on stage in the first place. I'd suggest getting a ittle bit more out fo your comfort zone each day. Maybe sing a song on your walk home or do a dance in the street with a friend. Do somwthing to amke a bit of a fool of yourself in small ways that will make you feel better about it . Honestly peopel arnt goingt o be talkig about your little jig in the street fior life. If anythign they'll mention it over dinner. So there's nothing to feel overly embarassed about or feel weird. Just remeber that you feel like everyone's watching you all the time but they ahve lives of their owna dn are worried about everyone watching them too. Just brreathe and remeber this is for fun and it wont be too hard! :) Good luck in your preformance.

You have to practice your line and be the best on it! I you perfect your lines, then you will have confidence. Stay focused on your role, never think of those criticism which you might have, instead take them as a challenge. Have fun on the actual day, prepare yourself, and be yourself!
