Some says LSS stands for "Last song syndrome" others says LSS stands for "Lingering song syndrome". What LSS really means? If you are in the car and you have a beatles playlist. Let's say for example the songs that was played was: "Help", "Yesterday", "Get back", "Ticket to ride" and "Hey Jude". After you jump out of the car and you're still singing "Hey Jude" I think that is LSS - Last song syndrome. On the other hand if you're singing "Get Back" I think that LSS is a Lingering song syndrome.

I believe it's Last Song Syndrome. Although there might be variations like the Lingering Song Syndrome you're saying. However, I feel that which ever basically has the same concept which is about having a song stuck in your head. But of course if you'll look at your argument, the two are different. I've attended a seminar on LSS and the speaker said that the song that got stuck inside your head may or may not necessarily be the last song you heard, it was the last song that your brain registered and got connected to. So whichever meaning you use, I'm sure all of us could understand what you're saying.
