I'm planning to buy this product http://www.paypalvcc.com/products/Virtual-Credit-Card-For-Paypal-Verification.html for my paypal account. They're on alexa's top 300k websites. I really need to get a verified paypal account. What can you say about them, do you think they're safe? Thanks.

Hi everybody,
My paypal account was limited and thanks to them, I got my account back in 30 min.
They are really doing a very nice job.
I thank them and I recommend them to any one who need their service.
For other reviews, I dont know how was their service before but now I think it is the best you can find on the net.

Slowest service ever...if they answer your emails.
Online support is never available
It took 2 weeks to get a set of VCC details which did not work.
I was offered a refund or spend $8 extra for AVS, I paid the extra $8
and was sent ANOTHER set of useless credentials 2 weeks later.
Now he ignores my emails. Stay away from paypalvcc.com and Andrew Jackson.
The guys is a scam artist.

Tried that site, they didn't deliver anything, had to file a chargeback. I recently found this
and they provided what I needed. They have a couple of other services which I have not tried yet.
Paypal VCC used to lift your withdraw limits and sending limits.

Paypal Vcc is the best i got verified in no time and they have amazing customer support almost 24 hours Thank you guys so much. I read a couple reviews that said you guys were a scam but believe me people Paypal VCC is no scam in fact it's the best site of it's kind and i highly recommend it. my paypal is now verified so i can now purchase a domain for my website which is totally a dream come true. awesome night

they are thieves they stole my money and they hide.
I did 2 small transactions that were fine then they started hiding and not answering me. then they say that their paypal account is limited and they can't do anything,!!!
but they are still selling VCC so be careful.
jr.andrew.jackson@gmail.com is the email that they use!!!
I lost my website because of their lies.

They stole my money then hide they are thieves and liars report them.
They did 2 transactions good then they ran off with my money saying their paypal got limited so they can't pay!
They stole my money.
