I went to look at some old pics I have on yahoo but couldn't find the normal link I only saw "MyPhotos" and it brings up a disclaimer (picture of it below) that says by accepting the application we give access to share our yahoo info with my photos. It goes on to say that "any email or other information you provide the MyPhotos application are used and stored by ." Used and stored by what? Finally it ends by saying "you will allow read and write access to your Yahoo! Contacts data". Has anyone else seen this because I hope it's not meaning what it sounds like. What would they do with read and write access to our contacts and what does that even mean?

I don't understand your comment. You realize these are personal pictures of mine not just basic yahoo pictures but personal pictures. Please explain why you feel they can do whatever they want because maybe I'm over reacting

To me it sounds like they're blatantly telling you they're going to invade your privacy. the fact they don't say who it's going to be used by and stored by makes it seem like they're saying we have the right to SALE your info.

That's what I thought I heard, but I love the part where it talks about having the right to read and write access to your contacts data. WTF does that even mean. Are they selling or releasing all of our contacts info? I wrote them directly so am curious what they have to say but I'm pretty sure I will cancel all my yahoo accnts
