Aerobic exercise

Do any of you fellow my lotters do aerobic exercises.By this i don't mean going to a gym and spending money on aerobics.You could buy a cd of Jane Fonda or other specialists and learn by watching them thus saving money.Walking is also considered to be a form of aerobic exercise.What is your view on this?

hi picjim! i notice you're also fitness enthusiast? i can share to to you some few tips to speed up burning those unwanted fats, do cardio/aerobics in the morning, empty stomach 30-45 min. of aerobics is enough, it is easier for your body to use your reserve glycogen as energy...take caffein, plain black coffee no sugar before workingout, this will help also to speed it up burning fat, but dont' over do it

I tend to put on weight if i take it easy hence my interest in fitness programs.Thanks for the wonderful tip.I shall follow your useful idea and am quite sure with good results.I didn't know about taking a cup of black coffee and its effect in speeding up burning of fat.I'll be careful,thank you for your concern.
