are you watching your sandwich, bored because nobody teach you how to cook a good pasta, pizza or any kind of italian food?? Now i can help you!!! always on-line..better every night..now you can try to do something like lasagne or parmigiana..so..don't spend the rest of your life eating mcdonald's or s.. like that..just ask me!!

doesn't pasta have a high amount of calories to the ratio of the amount of food? I think 3 ounces of spaghetti noodles are 200 calories. This does interest me though, what should I make for dinner tomorrow night Rinario?

i know that..but i think that spaghetti are better than fish and chips or cheeseburger..

yes i find that a good idea. its better we eat some pastas, lasanes etc instead the same mcdonalds food everyday. and concerning calories, you can hane your food then the exercise you regular do will burn the excess fat. So in my opinion i never think twice before eating because i know i will be doing exercise do keep my body fit.

I have to watch what I eat because I am diabetic and have a heart condition. I need to have extra salt in my diet for the heart condition that I have because my blood pressure drops too low and I pass out. I try to balance the salty snacks I get with the diabetes so it would be whole grain or sunflower chips or veggie chips for me. I use whole wheat pasta instead of the white flour and wheat bread.

cut a little of carbs in your diet..i know what means to be diabetic..be careful abut your self and be strong:-)

went to Mac Grill for dinner tonight! had noodles last night - need to cut back on the carbs...

I´m with you.I wouldn´t be caught near a fast food chain. I make pasta at least once a week and many times it is twice a week. I have a legume day and one or two days of pasta, potatoes or rice. Italian food is an easy choice because even children like it. The problem lies more on the amount of food you eat than in what you eat. Pasta goes beautiful with a big greek salad, a nice antipasto or even a veggie soup if it´s Winter.
