For mos Filipino, rice quite literally is gut issue. The disclosure made by President Aquino in his first State of the Nation Address that the National Food Authority imported excessive amounts of the rice the follow on news conference by new administrator were he announce that the NFA warehouses were over stocked, and a initial reports on TC news organization, which shows that some NFA's warehouses indeed had year old or already insect infested rice stock, may Filipinos have been left reeling from the stock of successive blows. Well and good although to be sure means there is problem looming, the delayed imports may arrived or around at the next harvest depressing the price, our own farmers well get there rice. It is a long term, however that is most difficult. The abuses and irregularities President Aquino were made possible in part, because of The NFA mandated when i watch ABS-CBN news program Former Agriculture Undersecretary Ernesto OrdoƱes describe NFA stuctural in other way. "I cant be promoter and regulator at the same time. What he did mean by that? It should regulator and leave market force to play, with that it should be done at a right date and a right system. A lot back breaking work lies ahead.

I did watch the sona the other day and I have to say that its literally disappointing to know how much corruption took place under greedy gloria's administration. Not to mention the popular issues such as fertilizer scam or even the hello garci one. But now after her term, it seems that there are even more secrets to unveil. There's nothing much to do now when it comes to the funds that have been corrupted and wasted. But it would surely help if people behind those would be punished. I'm just glad that we finally got a new honest president. And most people are really looking forward for a better future under President Noynoy. Its definitely not going to be easy especially with the tons of debts gloria administration left. But with the new administration, at least we could really hope for something much better than what we had for the last 9 years.
