Headphones seems to be getting smaller and smaller. But are those the ones that sit inside your ears worse for you than traditional ones that sit over your ears? They can be, if your music is too loud.Earphones pushed into the ear are going to deliver greater sound pressure level compared to normal ones,Think so?

the earphones your talking about are called canalphones beacause they go inside the ear canal...advantage of these are they offer excellent noise reduction so you can stil enjoy your music walking in busy and noisy areas and also travelling...it is advised by the vendor to listen the music only in 70% volume that is not exceeding 80 decibels....listening to music for long hours above 80 decibel can decrease the sensivity of loudness and you will feel like increasing the volume ultimately leading to deafness. With these precautions taken a canalphone is preferred beacuse of superior audio quality, good fitting and noise isolation
