cheating customer

I really feel bad today,the customer that I encountered two days ago,the one that doesn't pay her computer rental,and even her print out material,was the same person cheated on my person in charge at our computer shop 7 days ago. She using the same alibi to excuse her for a while and getting other things to be printed. I can accept that she fooled us twice. A better lesson on us not to trust a person you really don't know.

Well she saw something she can exploit in your PC shop, so she goes for it. As you said, lesson learned and you have to change the way you ask for payment. Maybe you should not give the print out yet or something the customer own until she pays the rent. Hehehe

Next time get it on Camera. And ban her in your shop. Perhaps report to the police. Its a simple case of swindling.

We don't blame people like you because it is part of business to be nice and sometimes to give trust to their customer. But, we should be careful also. If that customer already cheated you once you shouldn't give him/her another chance to cheat again...
